Outlander in Concert

Hosted by First Interstate Center for the Arts

Outlander in Concert pairs music from the Starz series — the Bear McCreary score that leans hard on Scottish fiddle, bodhrán and that instantly recognizable "Skye Boat Song" theme — with scenes from the show projected above the players. It's built for people who know Claire and Jamie by heart, though the arrangements hold up on their own if you're just there for the strings and the pipes. Expect a crowd that gets audibly emotional at certain cues. First Interstate Center for the Arts is the big downtown theater, a proper sit-down hall where the sound is built for this kind of thing and the sightlines stay good well back in the house.
