Spokane Chiefs vs. Medicine Hat Tigers

Hosted by Spokane Arena

Junior hockey on home ice: the Chiefs host the Medicine Hat Tigers, a Central Division club out of Alberta, in a Western Hockey League matchup. The WHL is where a lot of NHL draft picks cut their teeth, so the pace is fast, the hits land, and the rosters turn over fast enough that there's always someone new worth watching. Chiefs games draw a mix of longtime season-ticket holders, families, and people who just like a loud building. The Arena is the region's big indoor room, the place that handles everything from touring concerts to hockey nights, and it fills in with a crowd that spans all ages.
